Hello FreedomCar Friends!

Precisely one year ago we all entered into our COVID journeys. Although we were in it together, we were far too apart. The view below was from my dining room window on June 1st, a month-and-a-half into our collective COVID experience. It was very, very quiet.

NOW...
It looks like we may be together again, and could there possibly be any better reason to celebrate than that?

We at FreedomCar actually have TWO REASONS to celebrate with you this year! The first is that we’re having this conversation. The second is that FreedomCar turns 30 in April! 

Because of you, FreedomCar has transformed from Robyne, Mark, and our first two vehicles to an organization serving thousands of households and hundreds of organizations. We can’t thank you enough for your support. 

We’ve been wondering how—or even whether—to celebrate this milestone with you. We’ve all lost so much. But perseverance, survival, and grace under pressure are surely virtues worth celebrating, and they’re virtues we see everywhere we look! 

So let’s celebrate together—but in a way that truly helps our brothers and sisters in this great community. 

If you’re a winner, save the certificate for a day when you can use it.  Let’s support these treasured places now when they need us most, then again later when we’re all getting back on our feet.

SET YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE FIRST QUESTION:
March 30, 3:00 p.m. 
Then April 30^th, then May…we’ll take this through August. By then, friends, perhaps we can all raise a glass together!
